For years, security has optimized for speed: faster detection, faster response and faster automation. Yet when something consequential happens, teams still pause, debate and escalate. Not because they lack signals, but because no system provides the decision intelligence they need.

The real shift

AI can reason across more context than any individual can hold at once. That changes what decisions can look like. The value is not that AI is smarter in a human sense, but that it can evaluate a broader and more complete picture without simplifying the problem first.

AI should not blindly execute consequential decisions. It can provide better-informed decision intelligence that accounts for more context, exposes its assumptions and makes the trade-offs clear. Humans remain responsible for judgment and accountability, but they no longer have to assemble every decision from fragments.
